We began in 2019 as a company in the peninsular market that collected, transported, and recovered oil and used fats, animal or vegetable in origin, on a national and international scale.
Our Facilities
1. Factories
We have a new factory built in Sant Esteve de Sesrovires, Barcelona, that allows us to adapt perfectly to both the business model of our suppliers and the production process of our clients. We are industry-leaders when it comes to storage capacity, with over sixteen processing tanks already in use, equipped with temperature and capacity sensors that permit a production capacity of 1,000m3. Product temperature can be controlled at all times through heat exchanges of vapor and electrical resistance. This tremendous storage capacity also allows us to offer storage services to third-party groups or individuals.
Thanks to our technologically-advanced treatment plant, we are the first industry 4.0 in the vegetable oil recovery sector, fortunate enough to possess a system with 59 solenoid valves and 4 PLC pumps that permit the loading and unloading of tanks in 25 minutes with the quality demanded of us by both suppliers and clients. We also use our own on-site tank scales, certified in their calibration.
2. Our laboratory
We can offer the quality of service demanded of us by our dear clients, all thanks to our own on-site lab affording us the ability to ensure product quality at all times. This way, product quality is guaranteed right up to and including the moment oil is transported to the client. EDXRF analytical equipment is also employed to measure sulfur and phosphorus parameters.
